Problem:

One of most prestigious luxury real-estate developments in SE-Asia is the Tatai Villa Resort and Marina at Koh Kong, near the border of Cambodia and Thailand. To explain to investors and buyers the style, setting and scope of the project, it was necessary to produce 3D visuals showing the completed stage of the development.

Solution:

The architectural visualizations were done on the basis of 2D CAD drawings provided by the architect. Floor plans, front and side views had to be translated into accurate 3D objects, with a realistic-looking natural environment. The final high-resolution rendered images were used for projects communication and catalogs and contributed to the project’s great success.
