CGartist software training
was initially launched as an e-learning label for computer graphic artists in German-speaking countries. Since its early beginning the focus was on providing artists with learning tools delivered by industry experts in an easy-to-understand and project-oriented approach.

The DVD training series included tutorials on character animation, motion graphics and visual effects using software such as Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D and Adobe After Effects and many others.

After the huge success of the first series and after requests from international customers, the second series were produced as multilingual DVDs with an optional English narration for a worldwide distribution through fulfillment partner Optimal GmbH.

The success of the DVD series lead to a number of custom productions for the VFX industry and since then CGartist has been a solution partner for a number of affiliated production houses.
